Call for participants at the International EYP Public Speaking (IEPS) Competition in Armenia

It is our great pleasure to inform you that the International EYP Public Speaking (IEPS) Competition will take place on 18-20 July, 2014 in Yerevan, Armenia. Around 40 participants from around 20 countries will come together for this 3-day program that will comprise of Teambuilding, Euro Village, Workshop on Public Speaking, Euro Concert, General Assembly (Competition), trips to the sightseeing places of Armenia.

Have you always wanted to speak up on the topic of your interest and didn’t have the opportunity? What would you like the nationals of 20 countries to hear if you were given just 10 minutes? Are you ready to put your rhetoric skills into practice? Then hurry up to apply and get a chance to experience a uniquely diverse public-speaking environment.

The 3-day event will be hosted by the EU Centre in Armenia. In the scope of the International EYP Public Speaking Competition, a delegation will also be chosen based on the Independent Jury’s assessment and the voting of the 40 delegates to represent Armenia at the 5th International Forum in Thessaloniki (August 10-18, 2014) and International Tomis Forum in Constanta (September 8-13, 2014). International Forums of the European Youth Parliament involve more than 300 delegates, 41 countries, high officials from the EU commission, European Parliament, Council of Europe, etc.

Application deadline for the International delegates is June 20, 23:59 CET, and for the Armenian delegates – June 26, 23:59 CET.
